摘要:VO[(CH 3CH(OH)CO 2) 2(H 2O) 2]·H 2O, VO[CO 2CH(OH)CH 2CO 2(H 2O) 2],VO(CO 2(CH 2) 4CO 2)and (NH 4) 2[VO(CO 2CH(OH)CH 2CO 2) 2] were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, DTA, TG and IR. Their infrared frequencies were discussed and assinged applying group theory. Thermal decomposition processes of the compounds were also discussed according to assigned infrared frequencies of certain bonds of the compounds.
摘要:The charge transfer complexes (CTC) formed between acetylcholine compunds as acceptors and phenothiazine as donor were described. The CT spectra of CTC were determined and the relative electron affinities of acetylcholine compounds were calculated.

摘要:The graft copolymerization of molten isotatic polypropylene with maleimide(MI) was studied. The structure and morphology of PP-g-MI was studied by means of IR,WAXD,DSC and POM. It was found that with increasing the grafting degree, the crystalline temperature of the grafted PP increase, and its spherlote become smaller and imperfect. Compared with pure PP, the crystallinity of PP-g-MI change very little, but the crystallite sizes change a little. The grafted PP can easily crystallize in form of transcrytalline under shear condition.
摘要:The characteristics of copolymerization of α-pinene and styrene with the catalyst system SbCl 3/AlCl 3 have been investigated. The characteristics were effected in changing the concentrations and the preparation methods of catalyst, feeding monomer ratio and solvent. And the copolymerization products were determined. The results have shown that the activity ratio between styrene and α-pinene was reduced greatly and the copolymerization products were obtained with this catalyst system. The molecular weight of copolymerization products was higher in the toluene, high feeding ratio of styrene and with solid type catalyst than in other conditions. The characteristics of polymerization of styrene with this catalyst system have been also investigated. The results have shown that the characteristics of this catalyst system for polymerization of styrene were different from those of for polmerization of α-pinene.
摘要:The photopolymerization of epoxides initiated with iron-arene complex features initiation at lower temperatures and propagation at higher temperatures. The appropriate heat treating temperature is around 80℃. Increasing the light intensity to certain level can accelerate the polymerization. Monofunctional reactive diluents at a concentration of 10%~20% may be used. Bifunctional reactive diluents offer faster reaction rates than the monofunctional ones. Triethylene glycol divinyi ether(TGDVE) was found to have excellent toughening effect.
摘要:The prepare of UMWPE with molecular weight of PE controllable has been studied in the presence of TiCl 4/MgCl 2/ZnCl 2/SiCl 4/alcohol/AlR 3 highly active catalyst which was prepared by comolling-reaction procedure. When mole ratio of ZnCl 2/Ti equaled 0 1 to 10, highly active catalyst gave a catalytic efficiency of 350~810kg(PE)/g(Ti), resulting of UMWPE with molecular weight w ranging from 60 to 610×10 4 as well as weight distribution of PE ≥98% from 20 to 200 mesh. The products of UMWPE were characterized by DSC and X-ray pattern to be high density PE with crystallinity of 68% to 72.4% and T m 134 to 138℃. The UMWPE spciments with various molecular weights exhibited very high impact strength with 176 4~192 1 kJ/m 2.

They are 6β-hydroxylup-20(29)-en -3-on-28-oic aeid(1). lup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(2), urs-12(13)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(3) and 3β-hydroxy olean-12(13)-en-28-oic acid (4). Their structures were identified based on the data of 13 C NMR, DEPT, 1H NMR,MS and IR.

摘要:A Aerobacter aerogenes mutant producing high pullulanas eactivity was selected by reciprocal or mixed treatment of the parental strain with NTG; U.V and HNO 2. The pullulanase activity of the selected strain is 750 u/mL in Teng Wei (D M) medium (A) after 4 days incobation at 30℃, which is 110% higher than the parental strain. The optimal pH and temperature is 5 2~6 4 and 50℃ respectively.
摘要:The amount of volatile aldehydes (VAs) which was evolved by rice seeds was in direct proportion to seed vigour. The amount of VAs produced by high vigour rice seeds was more than that produced by low vigour rice seeds during early phase of germination. The peak period of VAs was evolved by natural ageing seed was in 24 to 48 h of seed inbibition. However, the amount and the peak period of VAs which was evolved by rice seeds which were in artifical ageing was in inverse proportion to seed vigour, and was in 0 to 24 h. The lipid peroxidevalue in rice seeds of low vigour was more than that of high vigour seeds.
摘要:trees of Csmellia ptilophylla Chang transplanted from original area were surveyed for their purine alkaloids and the results showed that 30 of the trees contained theobromine but 4 of them did caffeine as predominant purine alkaloids.Intra individual variation of punrine alkaloids from one particular tree over a period of April to October in two years showed that theobromine as predominant purine alkaliod didn’t change after it was transphanted 1988.Intra species and intra individual variations of purine alkaloids showed that wild C.ptiophylla population is possibly not pure.To introduce real trees of C.ptiophylla contained theobromine as predominant purine alkaloid,it is neceassary the trees introduced must be detected for their purine alkaloids.The variations of purine alkaloids of C.ptilophylla must be continuously investigated.

摘要:This is the initial study on the fine structure of labipalp and ventral spine of periplaneta americana. Each Labipalpus consists of 4 segments where many receptor hairs adhere. From the basal segment to the distal one the sensilla increase gradually. They may be divided into 5 types: Cheatic sensillum A, Cheatic sensillum B, Grooved sensillum. Perforated sensillum and Campaniform sensillum. Only Cheatic s. B can be seen on the basal segment, while the perfoated s. and grooved s. are distributed on the distal one specially. Ventral spines are not segmented. Many Cheatic sensillum B makes an even distribution on the surface of cylindrical spines.
摘要:An analysis of the angiospermous families in Guangxi shows that the flora has a diverse geographical elements, with an overwhelming number of tropical and tropical-to-subtropical families accounting for 53 7%; cosmopolitan and subcosmopolitan, tropical-to-temperate,temperate and those endemic to Asia account for 19 4%,12 0%,9 7% and 5 1% of the total family number respectively. This phenomenon is the result of the broad la titudes and diversified habitats in Guangxi. It is shown that the dominant families are of va rious geographical elements, whereas most of the typical families are tropical and subtropical. This indicates that, in family level, the angiospermous flora of Guangxi is an integral part of the Cathaysian Flora.

摘要:Six bases mutations were introduced into 5’ terminal of mature GM CSF gene by PCR in order to inhance the expression of GM CSF gene in E.coli . The expression product of the modified GM CSF gene in E.coli was accumulated mainly in the form of inclusion bodies and constitute dabout 13% of the total bacterial proteins. Western blotting demonstrated this product could combine specifically with monoclonal antibody against human GM CSF. After solubilization of purified inclusion bodies and renaturation of solubilized polypeptides, the authentic GM CSF with its purity above 99% was obtained by means of hydrophobic chromatography on Phenyl Sepharose CL 4B and gel filtrationon Sephadex G 100. The activity, measured by viable cell MTT staining method, was 1 28×10 7 u/mg. The purified product could maintain the growth of TF 1 cells which dependes on human GM CSF.
摘要:The vigor of water melon hybrid seeds declines fast in general. The germination percentage of fresh water melon seeds was 100% and vigor index 18 11. After storage for 12 months in open condition the germination percentage decreased to 10% and vigor index to 0 12 The lower the seed moisture content(MC) was, the higher seed vigor was.Under the same MC condition, the lower seed temperature was, the higher seed vigor was. The vigor was highest in room temperature and ultradry storage condition. The acid phosphatase activity of melon seeds emerged after imbibing for two hours. The catalase activity and peroxidase activity emerged after germinating for two days in melon seeds. There was good correlation between the emzyme activity and the seed vigor. The water melon seeds released large amount of volatile aldehyde compound (VAC) within lst day and 2nd day of imbibing and germinating. Significant negative correlation have been obtained between melon seed vigor and volatile aldehyde. By measuring the quantities of VAC, we can test melon seeds in different vigor levels.

摘要:The effect of He-Ne Laser (0 007 5,0 38,0 75,1 5,4 5 J/cm 2)irradiate on Raji cell was studied in this paper. A obvious increase of-SH amount on the membrane surface was found when 0 38 J/cm 2 was used.He-Ne Laser equal to or higher than 0 38 J/cm 2 can make EPM decreased, but has no prominent effect on-SH amount. 4 5 J/cm 2 can make membrane fluidity decreased.

摘要:A modified protargol staining method for quantitative study of planktonic ciliate ecology has been reported. A comparsion of different methods showed that the data got by this method have no differences with the traditional settle method in statistics anaylisis. Compared with the similar methods repored by provious authors, not only the advantages of protargol stain have been kept, but also some weaknesses have been overcome. Meanwhile, the experimental time has been shortened in the new method.
摘要:With the protargol staining methods, the planktonic ciliated protozoans from the north region of Taihu Lake, a shallow big eutrophicated lake in China, were examinated quantitatively and qualititatively. 18 ciliate species dominated by Balanion planctonicum and Vorticella campanula were recorded. Balanion planctonicum was the first reported in China. A species of genus Askenasia identified as A. volvox previous should be A. acrostomia after observated the structures of cortex and kineties. Abundances of planktonic ciliates in the region varied from 8 400 to 32 000 ind/L with an average of 177 800 ind/L, biomass from 102 4 to 1189 6 μg/L with a mean of 359 2 μg/L In the paper the differences of results between previous reports and present research were compared and discussed.

摘要:The Fankou superlarge lead zinc deposits occurs in Devonian and Carboniferous carbonate rocks. Its ore forming temperature was studied based on homogenization temperature and decrepitation temperature of fluid inclusions, sulfur isotope geothermometer and organic maturity indicators. As a result of fluid inclusion studies, its homogenization temperatures are 159℃ (calcite) and 181.2℃(sphalerite), the decrepitation temperatures are 234℃ (pyrite) and 264℃(sphalerite). From sulfur isotope geothermometer the ore forming temperature was estimated between 200℃and 300℃, paleotemperatures from organic maturity indicators are 153~258℃ (mean 230℃). According to the temperature features, the relationship of ore forming temperature, paleotrmperature, basement fault and sedimentary basin has been discussed in this paper.

摘要:The study deals with distribution, seasonal dynamics,utilization efficiency and cycling of nutrients. The results show that: nutrient contents in live plant materials were greater than those in dead plant materials, in above ground part greater than those in below ground part. Relative ranking of nutrient contents was K>N>P which was different from that (N>K>P) of most local plant communities. The above ground contents of N, P and K in the grasses rose as the above ground phytomass increased in the early months of the growing season. Furthermore, concentrations of N, P and K of above ground part were reduced due to faster increase of above ground phytomass than the increase of nutrients in the above ground phytomass. In addition, the above ground contents of N, P and K of grasses reached their peak values earlier than did the above ground phytomass. In May the above ground contents of N, P and K were near or had reached the peak. From May to September there were relatively high contents of N, P and K in the above ground standing crop of grasses. After September, the nutrient contents in the grasses tended to decline. The N, P and K mass in net primary production (NPP) was respectively 3732, 380 and 5027 mg/(m 2 a).The largest fraction of nutrient mass in NPP went to grasses 83 6% for N, 87 3% for P and 82 1% for K. In the grassland, nutrient utilization efficiency of grasses was the greatest and that of woody plants was the smallest. The return of N, P and K by litterfall respectively comprises their 52 2%, 29 8% and 7 81% in net above ground primary production (NAPP). N and P requirement of 45 0% and 46 6% in NAPP came from internal cycling.

GM(1,1) model was established with the grey system theory to predict annual refuse production. Monthly, seasonal and daily refuse productions were analyzed through the observed results. Finally, specific measures and suggestions for refuse disposal were put forward.

From REE, trace elements, Sr,Nd,O,S isotope etc, detail research has shown that the granite is the partialremelting product of the Archean basement rocks of the study area Qianxi group, which is composed of metamorphic basic intermediate volcano sedimentary rocks (belonging to lower crust). Rb Sr isochronism age, K Ar age show that the granite is conformed at the beginning of Yanshan era.

摘要:For the application of neural networks on information proceeding and model recognition, research and comparition were carried out on HNN and FNN. This paper proposed the construction method of subpatterns of FNN. New samples will be the stable states if they are composed of subpatterns of stored samples. (Make sure that there are no conflict between the value of internet neurons) Sufficient condition were proposed for samples safe storage, stable points and associated memory. The results of research and experiment show that compared with HNN,FNN has more potentialities and superiority on information storage and fast converging to stable point.
摘要:The ferromagnetic phase transition and perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in one to eight monolayer fcc iron films are studied by the Green-function method based upon the Heisenberg model with perpendicular spin orientation of the atoms at the surfaces. The model calculation shows that the order parameter(spontaneous magnetizaton) changes with the atomic planes in the ferromagnetic films but the Curie temperatures of the atomic planes are all the same. We also calculate the surface anisotropy constant K s(T) , the effective volume anisotropy constant K v(T) and the shape anisotropy constant ( K v(T)-K d(T) >0) for an intermediate range of thickness of ultrathin films and temperature and prove that seven monolayer fcc iron film still has perpendicular remanence which agrees with the experiments for the ultrathin films of fcc Fe on Cu(001).

摘要:The effects of rare earth ions Ce3+,Tb3+ on the patterns of four chicken isozymes (POD,SOD,AKP and ACP) were investigated by utilizing PAGE and IEF methods. The results indicated:(1)Under the action of Ce 3+ and Tb 3+ , the variations of POD and SOD electrophoresis patterns are relatively small, while the patterns of AKP and ACP varying remarkably;(2)the effects of Ce 3+ ,Tb 3+ on the isozymes vary with the organs where they are extracted; the POD and SOD in the liver show a evident stability-even when the rare earth concentration reaches 1 000×10 -6 in the feed, the variations of their patterns are still quite limited; but the patterns of the same isozymes in the kidney and muscle vary markedly. The results imply isozymes are appropiate markers to monitor the biological effects of rare earth on living body.

摘要:The chloroplast DNA from some individuals of the cytoplasmic male sterile lines V41A and V20A and also their respective maintainner lines V41B and V20B was analysed for the RFLP using Eco RI and Ava I. Results show that variations of RFLP patterns among individuals exist in both V41A and V20A. And this kind of variations would probably be due to the biparental transmission of chloroplasts in rece.
摘要:It is reported in this paper the protocol for the single=step separation of inosine by active carbon. The results obtained from many tries showed that the extraction rate was 81 95% for the crude product in which the inosine content was 75 58%, whereas the extraction rate was 87 98% for the refined product in which the pure inosine content was 96 93% The final extraction rate was 72 31%. The method used is time-saving and with high extraction rate.
摘要:The present paper reports proceeding on host range determinant of insect baculovirus over the past ten years. It has been found that viral entry into host cell is not the major limiting factor for baculovirus host range because baculovirus is able to enter a wide variety of animal hosts such as nonpermissive insect cell lines, insects and mammalian cell lines. Although early promoters of baculovirus are active in a wide variety of insect hosts, late and very late promoter are active only in permissive insect cells. Gene expression from late or very late promoters may be critical to baculovirus host range. In the 18 viral genes which are necessary and sufficient to support late and very late gene expression, helicase gene (p143) and apoptosis suppressing gene (p35) have been implicated as host range determining genes.
