On the Ore Forming Temperature of Fankou Superlarge Pb Zn Ore Deposit in Guangdong Province
The Fankou superlarge lead zinc deposits occurs in Devonian and Carboniferous carbonate rocks. Its ore forming temperature was studied based on homogenization temperature and decrepitation temperature of fluid inclusions
sulfur isotope geothermometer and organic maturity indicators. As a result of fluid inclusion studies
its homogenization temperatures are 159℃ (calcite) and 181.2℃(sphalerite)
the decrepitation temperatures are 234℃ (pyrite) and 264℃(sphalerite). From sulfur isotope geothermometer the ore forming temperature was estimated between 200℃and 300℃
paleotemperatures from organic maturity indicators are 153~258℃ (mean 230℃). According to the temperature features
the relationship of ore forming temperature

basement fault and sedimentary basin has been discussed in this paper.
