Study on the Method of Treatment after Fermentation (Ⅴ) Test on the Single Step Separation of Inosine by Active Carbon
It is reported in this paper the protocol for the single=step separation of inosine by active carbon. The results obtained from many tries showed that the extraction rate was 81 95% for the crude product in which the inosine content was 75 58%
whereas the extraction rate was 87 98% for the refined product in which the pure inosine content was 96 93% The final extraction rate was 72 31%. The method used is time-saving and with high extraction rate.
