摘要:The paper is the research results of Xishan granite body by means of petrology, petrochemistry, REE, trace elements and H-, O-, and Pb isotopes, and discusses W-Sn deposits of Xishan in relation to the granite body.It has been fully shown from evidences that the granite body in Xishan is a complex body which was made up of two intrusions in the 2nd stage of Later Yenshanian period. The two intruded bodies are the crystallized genesis which is differentiated by the refuion magma of continental crust in the extensional tectonic setting within plate, and have the comagmatic evolution relationship. W-Sn mineralizations are directly related to the 2nd intruded granite and ore-forming proccess taken place in the pneumatolito-hydrothermal stage of deuterie.
摘要:Based on the determination and statistics, the animal remains from Nanyue Nanyue King’s Tomb totally belong to 21 species, including 8 species of Invertabrate, 4 species of Pisces, 2 species of Reptile, 2 species of Ayes and 5 species of Mammalia. The animal remains possess the distinct characteristics of the coastal fauna of Pearl River Delta region. Its composite indicates that the climate of Guangzhou in the past might belong to the damp and hot weather of the tropical…south semitropical zone. The studies of the animal remains may partly show the farming and fishing economic structure and the animal funeral custom of Nanyue Kingdom in Pearl River Delta region.
摘要:According to the quasi-least common multiples between lunar orbit periods and the earth’s orbit periods (i.e. Astro-climatic periods), and using the flood records in earlier times (68-95 years ago), the departure values of floods are estimated. Then the correlation coefficients between the estimated and the observed departure values are calculated.For six out of the eight rivers with long-term records,the reliability is larger than 92%. For five of them, the correlation coefficients are above 0.5. It is shown that the periodic orbit movement of the moon as an external factor can not be ignored in some regions of hydrology and meteorology

摘要:This paper gave a numerical modelling for the convection and diffusion problems of heated discharge acted on by tide and stream in nearshore water. We call it a operator-spliting method with FDM and FEM. Numerical results have shown that it is a very effective method.
摘要:The results of calculations for characteristics of various order transverse modes in resonators with multi-ring end-reflectors show that The selectivity of transverse modes, and the widths of the foundamental transverse modes in proper structures of the new kind of resonators can all be greater than those in the corresponding common laser resonators. The quasi-geometric optical theory ignoring the aperture diffraction effects can not be suited for these new resonators. It is shown that the optimal out-put powers of lasers of new kind of resonators operating with single transverse modes are about equal to or greater than the double of that can be obtained from corresponding common laser resonators.

摘要:Spline function methods are presented for the analysis of optical spectra of solids. Algorithms for differential energy spectra, Kramers-Kronig transform and sum ruls are developed on the basis of the third spline interpolation. We demonstrated the first and the third differential spectra, Kramers-Kronig transformation and other integral relations of Si dielectric function measured by ellipsometric spectroscopy and compared them with those by other numerical methods. Spline function methods have the merits of flexibility, high speed and high accuracy. By means of optimization, the electronic critical point parameters can be determined from the differential spectra obtained using spline function.

摘要:Nosema sp., a microsporidia parasite of cotton leafworm Spodoptera litura was successfully established in Spodoptera frugiperda cell cultures by addition of haemolymph from larvae infected with the microsporidia. The most favourable temperature for growth of Nosema sp. was 25℃, but they failed to develop at 37℃. Light and electron microscopy were used to observe the development of Nosema sp. and showed that nuclei in all stages are in diplokaryon arrangement. A sporont divided into two sporoblasts by binary fissioa. The spore nuclei were situated in posterior half of the spore within 12-13 coiles of the polar tube.

摘要:According to their characteristics, arsenic in sediment was classified into four states: water soluble, HCl-extracting, NaOH-extracting and residue. Four arsenic species, i.e. inorganic arsenic As(III) and As(V) and organic arsenic monomethyl arsonate and dimethyl arsonate (DMA) in sediment were analyzed by spectrophotometry after solvent extraction.The results show that there are some rules for the arsenic in sediment. Arsenic concentration for all sampling sites is affected by pollutiou source around that. Arsenic concentration of HCl-extracting state is the highest in the sediment. In HCl-extracting and NaOH-extracting states, inorganic arsenic species is higher than organic arsenic, As(III) is predominant, and DMA is the major organic species.

摘要:The method of preparation of thallic trichloride has been established by using thallic chloride and chlorine. In the present of the mild oxidant thallic trichloride, the iodide ion reacts with the unsaturated bond between C-5 and C-6 of pyrimidines in ssDNA or ssRNA, and its DNA specific activity reached 4-6×10~6 cpm/μg. The specificity of the labels has been identified with molocular hybridization.
