        摘要：This paper reports three species of robber flies from South China, of which two are new records to China and one is a new species. The type specimens are deposited in the Research Institute of Entomology, Zhongshan University.Clephydroneura hainanensis sp. nov. (fig. 1)This new species is closed to Clephydroneura xanthopa (Wiedemann), but differs in: (1) the aedeagus is divided into three branches at apex; (2) the shape of 5th posterior cell’s greyish area of wing is not triangular.Female unknown.Length of body (♂): 18mm; Length of wing (♂): 13mm.Holotype ♂, Baoting County, Hainan Island, 1947-02-26, collected by I.         摘要：In the variational equation of destable potential energies, the potential energies of external forces by using additional moments of flexure and moments of torsion and their correspondent curvatures of destable displacement and increment of torsional angle are represented. Through partial integration method and with the application of displacements and natural boundary condition for stress, we can get all order differential equations from variational equation of potential energy for spatial elastic instability. The one among them that we compute with is the spatial combination equation systems of method. In this way we can easily settle the problems of the thin-wall bar under forces and problems of spatial instability at the complex cross-section structure circumstance.

        摘要：The singular value decomposition (SVD) algorithm for the AR spectral estimates of the SMMW Fourier transform spectroscopy data is presented. The SVD algorithm has the same resolution as the least squares algorithm using forward and backward linear prediction (LS algorithm) has, but the SVD algorithm can avoid the spurious spectral peaks and ill-conditions appeared with the LS algorithm, and suppress the noise component in the data. The SVD algorithm is more stable and reliable than the LS algorithm. The selections of the order and the number of the effective singular values of the SVD algorithm are discussed.

        摘要：Both infinite slab model and cylinder model with various sample thicknesses have been used to calculate the corrections of the neutron multiscattering by the Monte-Carlo procedure. The results show that, if the radius-to-thickness ratio of the sample is greater than 20, the infinite slab model with semi-analytical treatment is obviously advantageous for slow neutrons. Being combined with some other auxiliary techniques, this mothed has been applied to the correlation area analysis of neutron resonance for various experimental cross sections, and the results obtained are satisfactory

        摘要：Photochromic activity of thiazine dye/amine systems was investigated under visible light irradiation with adjusting acidity in PVA matrix and in aqueous solution. The influence of acidity on the photochromic rate is significant, the optimum pH values for thionine/EDTA and thionine/triethanolamine in PVA matrix are 6.4 and 8.4 respectively. The best effect was found when the higher contents of protonated species of triplet dye match with the higher contents of effective reductive species of donor. On the other hand, the influence of different amine donors on the photochromic rates and the fluorescence emission spectra were studied and found that amine donors with donating group attacted to nitrogen atoms or those being able to associate with dye can increase the photochromic activity.

        摘要：The movement of Gaoyao-Huilai Fault in Tertiary Period results in that mountains lie in the north of this area and hills lie in the south. The Jilong Mountain lying in downfaulted block is a example that movement of inherited fault blocks is not apparent in Quanternary Period. It has been recognized by first layer caves that generating time of river terrace and the caves having same level may not be same. Fourth layer caves of same level as fourth step proluvia-alluvial terrace form at least in Early Pleistocene Epoch or before then. Xijiang riverbed has obviously superimposed since Middle Pleistocene Epoch at latest. Under the uplifting influence on Himalayan movement, Lingyang Canyon of Xijiang River and Han Canyon as well as Shuanjin Valley form one after another. The Lingyang Canyon is a prevailing river of the Xijiang River. Han Canyon and Shuanjin Valley are successively silted up in middle period of Late Pleistocene Epoch and Holocene Epoch.

        摘要：In ultra-violet photoemission spectroscopy measurement it is more precise survey of work function of Au and affinity of GaAs by applying a negative tension on the sample, which is larger than the difference of work functions between the sample and spectrometer. The work function of the spectrometer is also derived. The structure of s-p bands and d bands of polycrystal gold from valence band spectra (VBS) with tension appears the same with zero biased. There is no obvious difference for the s-like states around Ga and the p-like around As of GaAs in comparison of two cases with different biassing for either clean surface or Au deposition on. The continous background of the secondary electrons and inelastically scattered electrons in the VBS is eliminated with negative biassing on.

        摘要：The polyhedrin of insect baculovirus, a polypeptide aggregated in infected cells was studied by means of immunoelectron microscopy. A protein A-gold technique of immunomarking and localizing the polyhedron protein of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of cotton leafworm Spodoptera litura (SINPV) was successfully applied to ultrathin sections of larvae from different stages postinfection (p. i.) per os. The results showed that: (1) At 36 hours p. i. near the place of the endoplasmic reticulum immunogold particles were heavy but in the nucleus label was light. (2) The polyhedrin moving into the nucleus and those partially assembled polyhedra became labelled at 48 hours p. i. But the network (known as virogenic stroma) and the incomplete nucleolus present in the same cells at that stage were not labeled. (3) Most polyhedra became fully developed at 72 to 96 hours p. i. and were seen to be surrounded by a polyhedral membrane. There was almost no polyhedrin labeled out of the mature polyhedra. This technique is helpful for us to understand the synthesis, distribution and migration process of baculovirus polyhdrin in infected tissue and cells at the electron microscope level.

        摘要：A Dictyostelium DNA fragment cloned into Ml3 for sequencing deleted during subcloning. The Bluescript M13 vector and exonuclease-Ⅲ were employed to produce a sequential series of overlapping clones for sequencing. The sequencing procedure was simplified by using supercoiled double strand DNA as template.
