the level of peroxide in seeds is the low-est

but the activity of catalase is highest.In the best condition

Vc scavenges peroxides of lipid fraction and insolublefraction

while GSH scavenges peroxides of lipid fraction and soluble proteinfraction

and leakage of K~+

protein

and the conductivity of peanut seeds isdecreased.It is showed that the function of membrane which regulated the leak-age of K~+ and other substances with the action of Vc or GSH is renovated.
