The thermoluminescence energy of mineral caused by temperature effect ofmoving faults must be annealed to zero when the new moving ages of faults is deter-mined with thermoluminescence technique
but in actual earthquake and geology condi-tion
the thermoluminescence energy of mineal cannot be annealed to zero so that themeasuring result is very different from the real ages of faults We put forward a newtechnique called Thermoluminescence nen-zerolizing technique
it need not thermolumi-nescence energy annealing to zero
it can measure the new moving ages of faults withnon-zero thermoluminescence energy at any earthquake and geology condition
thus themeasuring precision of tne new fault moving ages can be highly improved.
