摘要

对水稻细胞质雄性不育品系Ｖ４１Ａ和Ｖ２０Ａ的一些个体及它们的保持系Ｖ４１Ｂ和Ｖ２０Ｂ的叶绿体ＤＮＡ（ｃｐＤＮＡ）用ＥｃｏＲＩ与ＡｖａＩ进行ＲＦＬＰ分析，结果显示Ｖ４１Ａ和Ｖ２０Ａ都存在着ｃｐＤＮＡ的个体间ＲＦＬＰ模式差异．分析表明这种差异很可能是与水稻中叶绿体的双亲遗传现象有关

Abstract

The chloroplast DNA from some individuals of the cytoplasmic male sterile lines V41A and V20A and also their respective maintainner lines V41B and V20B was analysed for the RFLP using Eco RI and Ava I. Results show that variations of RFLP patterns among individuals exist in both V41A and V20A. And this kind of variations would probably be due to the biparental transmission of chloroplasts in rece.
