摘要

报道以产茁霉多糖酶的产气气杆菌（Ａｅｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒａｅｒｏｇｅｎｅｓ）为出发菌株，采用亚硝基胍、紫外线、亚硝酸等交叉或复合处理的方法，以突变株中筛选出一株产茁霉多糖酶活力较高的Ａ３３４５菌株．摇瓶试验表明该菌株在藤尾培养基中，３０℃发酵４ｄ，酶活力在７．５×１０５Ｕ／Ｌ以上．比原出发菌株提高１１０％．该酶反应的最适ＰＨ５．２～６．４，最适温度为５０℃左右

Abstract

A Aerobacter aerogenes mutant producing high pullulanas eactivity was selected by reciprocal or mixed treatment of the parental strain with NTG; U.V and HNO 2. The pullulanase activity of the selected strain is 750 u/mL in Teng Wei (D M) medium (A) after 4 days incobation at 30℃

which is 110% higher than the parental strain. The optimal pH and temperature is 5 2～6 4 and 50℃ respectively.
