摘要

根据网络热力学理论提出一个模型来描述二价离子对Ｎａ通道激活过程的影响，二价离子对Ｎａ通道的阻塞是由于二价离子与通道中特异位点相互作用的结果。相互作用的程度受去极化电压的影响。Ｎａ通道激活过程存在阈值，只有当去极化电压高于阈值时，阻塞才可被“解除”，即Ｎａ通道被激活，Ｎａ的导通性增加；二价离子浓度的增加可使阈值增加；激活过程的弛豫时间及最大激活程度与二价离子浓度和去极化电压的大小有非常重要的关系。以上结果在定性上和半定量上都与已有的实验结果一致。

Abstract

We propose a model to discribe the effect of divalent cations on the activation processof Na─channels.The following are the results obtained from the model: For the activation pro-coss of Na─channels there exists a threshold of depolarization voltage;The increass of concen-tration of divalent cations results in increase of the threshold; The relaxation time of activationprocess and the maximum degres of activatcatcation are significantly related with the concentra-tion of divalent ions and with the depolarization voltage

The results mentioned above agree wellwith those obtained through experiments qualitatively and semi─quantitatively.
