The ceramic Sr x Ba 1- x TiO 3 samples are prepared with their formulation by solid reaction method and they show remarkable diffuse phase transform at x =0 30. The frequency domain method is applied to measure the spectra covering the range 5 Hz ̄1 MHz. The real component ε′ and the imaginary component ε″ of relative dielectric constant are found to increase with the decrease of the measurement frequency.
