摘要

从黑曲霉菌种中，经多次筛选培育获得含有较高酶活力葡萄糖氧化酶的菌株，并进一步获得了胞内酶的浸出液．采用反向胶束法从浸出液中提取葡萄糖氧化酶，通过对温度、ｐＨ值、表面活性剂类型和浓度、有机溶剂、震荡时间、静止时间、离子强度、低级醇的加入和相比等条件的探索，研究了用反胶束提取葡萄糖氧化酶的方法，对反向胶束的形成及萃取的机理也作了适当的讨论

Abstract

The Aspergillus niger strain

which contained glucose oxidase(GOD) with higher activity

was obtained by screening of various cultures.Leaching liquor of the intracellular enzyme was obtained. The method of glucose oxidase extraction from the leaching liquor of A niger by reversed micelles was studied The extraction conditions

which include temperature

pH value

surfactant and its concentration

organic solvents

lower alcohol added and phase ratio

have been optimized Under the optimum condition

the yield of the extraction was more than 60% Moreover

the mechanisms of reversed micelles′ formation and extraction have also been discussed
