摘要

针对聚丙烯纤维增强水泥(PPRC)材料建立了不同纤维掺量的PPRC数值分析模型，实现了模拟试件从微裂纹萌生、扩展、相互作用及贯通的全破坏过程，并研究其破裂失稳的基本规律，包括声发射的时空分布规律及其失稳的前兆模式。研究表明，随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加，PPRC的弯折强度得到提高，韧性也不断增强。

Abstract

Numuerical models of polypropylene fiber reinforced cement (PPRC) with different incorporation rate have been built to analyze PPRC material. With these models the fracture track

crack initiation

coalescence and development

interaction and final penetration have all been simulated. In the meantime

some basic issues during failure process

like spatiotemporal distribution of acoustic emission and precursor pattern of the failure have also been investigated. The results show that the toughness and the bending strength have been improved with increasing polypropylene fiber incorporation rate.
