The difference scheme for 3-dimension compressible Navier-Stokes equations based on a third order up-wind compact scheme is considered. For the inviscid portion of the Navier-Stokes equations the flux vectors are split by using Steger-Warming’s flux vectors splitting technique. The flux vectors are approximated by using upwind compact scheme. The accurate difference approximation is used for the viscous portion. The difference scheme is used to simulate 3-dimendion flow fields around a spaceship.
