三元烧结助剂,对氮化铝(AlN)陶瓷进行了低温烧结实验。在掺Al含量不变的情况下,重点研究了Y₂O₃和Sm
2
O
3
添加量对AlN陶瓷的微观结构和热力学性能的影响。实验表明,添加三元烧结助剂的AlN陶瓷在1 750 ℃可以烧结致密,相比于未添加烧结助剂的常规AlN陶瓷,达到烧结致密的温度降低了150 ℃,且弯曲强度达到了(474±25) MPa,热导率为181.12 W/(m·K)。同时,研究了烧结助剂对AlN陶瓷晶界相的影响。结果表明,少量的Sm
2
O
3
有利细化AlN的晶粒并且净化晶格氧,因此同时提高了AlN陶瓷的热力学性能。
The Al-Y

ternary sintering additive was used to conduct low-temperature sintering experiments on AlN ceramics.The effects of Y₂O₃ and Sm
2
O
3
additive amounts on the microstructure, thermodynamic properties of AlN ceramics were studied, when the amount of aluminum is fixed.The experiments indicate that adding the ternary sintering additive allows AlN ceramics to achieve densification at 1 750 ℃,which is reduced by 150 ℃ compared to AlN ceramics without sintering additives. . Additionally,this study also investigates the influence of the sintering additives on the metallography of AlN ceramics, with results showing that a small amount of Sm
2
O
3
is beneficial for refining the grain size of AlN and purifying lattice oxygen,thereby simultaneously enhancing the thermodynamic properties of AlN ceramics.
