摘要
利用弱透镜近似
可以证明:由n 个透镜单元组成的周期场静电透镜系统的聚焦特性参量
等于第一个透镜单元的相应参量的n 分之一.这些关系
对于通用的“单透镜”系统和“强聚焦”系统都可以应用;和实验结果比较
也还相当符合.
Abstract
By the aid of the“weak—lens approximation”
it can be shown that:the fo-cusing characteristic parameters of the electrostatic lens systems of periodicfields
comprised of n lens elements
are equal to the corresponding parameters ofthe first lens element
divided by n.These relations
well checked with experi-mental results
can be applied both to conventional“einzel—lens”systems and“strong—focusing systems”
