摘要
Abstract
The method of carbon agglutintion test (CAT) was used to investigate the relatoin of the wolf spider and its prey
rice leafroller
Cnephalocrocis medinalis and was fund that the rate of positive reaction of CAT was 91.49% while the rate positive reaction of double diffusion test was 70.21% in 47 samples
the sensitivity of CAT has increased 128 times than positive reaction of double diffusion test
and cut short test time from 24-48 hrs to 1 hr.The method included preparation of antigen of prey
preparation of antiserum
purification of antibody
preparation of carbon antiserum
collection and preparation of predator and carbon agglutiotion test.
