A Rectangular Unconventional Thin Plate Bending Element
A rectangular unconventional plate bending element(REUNC element) which is a match for the TRUNC element is presented. Although the displacement mode of the new element is the same as that of the ACM element
the REUNC element has the features of higher accuracy
simpler structure
less computing time and more easily programming. Therefore
it is the simplest and effective rectangular thin plate bending element
