摘要

以亚磷酸三苯酯的二溴化物替代三溴化磷作为溴代试剂，成功地进行了３－甲基－３－丁烯－１－醇的溴代．反应容易控制，重复性好，后处理简便，产率有了明显的提高．指出了三溴化磷作为溴代试剂进行３－甲基－３－丁烯－１－醇的溴代的不适之处．所得溴代产物结构得到１ＨＮＭＲ波谱的证实．

Abstract

The use of bromine-triphenyl phosphite as the brominating agent for the bromination of 3-methyl -3-buten-1-ol is reported with this new method

the reaction was easily controlled

the isolation and purification of the brominatcd product were convenient

the yield was increased.It also indicated that phosphorus tribromide is not a suitable agent for the bromination of this kind of alcohol. The structure of the brominated product was confirmed by 1H NMR data.
