本研究旨在挖掘南沙湿地保护区红树植物木榄内生真菌茄腐镰刀菌(
Fusarium solani
)PGS19的芳香类次级代谢产物及其抗菌活性。采用多种色谱技术,如硅胶柱层析、反相ODS中压制备、半制备高效液相色谱及薄层色谱等技术,对
F. solani
PGS19乙酸乙酯萃取物进行系统的分离纯化;结合现代波谱技术鉴定化合物结构;微量肉汤稀释法评价其体外抑菌活性。结果从菌株
F. solani
PGS19共分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为2-acetonyl-3-methyl-7-methoxynaphthazarin(

为首次从内生真菌中分离得到,拓宽了该化合物的来源。抗菌活性结果显示,化合物

对MRSA和
Staphylococcus aureus
表现出微弱的抑制作用(MIC值均为100 µg/mL),其他化合物在测试浓度下未显示抗菌活性。本研究丰富了木榄内生真菌
F. solani
次级代谢产物的多样性。
The study was to investigate the aromatic derivatives and evaluate their antimicrobila activity from the endophytic fungus,
Fusarium solani
PGS19,isolated from the mangrove plant
Bruguiera gymnorrhiza
in the Nansha Wetland Nature Reserve. Firstly,the ethyl acetate extract of
F. solani
PGS19 was isolated and purified using various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel column chromatography,reversed-phase ODS medium-pressure preparation,semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and thin-layer chromatography(TLC). Then,the structures of the purified compounds were elucidated by modern spectroscopic methods. Finally,the antimicrobial activities of all isolated compounds were evaluated in
vitro
using broth microdilution method. Sixteen compounds were obtained from
F. solani
PGS19 and identified as 2-acetonyl-3-methyl-7-methoxynaphthazarin(

),3-methyletherfusarubin(
2
),solaniol(
3
),anhydrofusarubin(
4
),anhydrojavanicin(
5
),3-demethoxylfusarnaphthoquinone B(
6
),(2
S
,3
S

)-8-dehydroxy-8-methoxyldihydronaphthalenone(

),nepetoidin F(

),7-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-4
H
-1-benzopyran-4-one(

),methyl ferulate(

),p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methylester(

),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(

),4-hydroxyacetophenone(
14
),acetovanillone(
15
),and 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone(

). Among them,compound
9
was isolated from an endophytic fungus for the first time,expanding its biological source. Antibacterial activity assays indicated that compound

exhibited weak inhibitory effects against MRSA and
Staphylococcus aureus
,with MIC values of 100 µg/mL for both,while the remaining compounds showed no significant activity at the tested concentrations. This study further enriches the chemical diversity of secondary metabolites from mangrove endophytic
F. solani
.
